Women's health encompasses a wide range of concerns across all stages of life — from adolescence through to menopause and beyond. At Mission (Hougang) Medical Clinic, we provide confidential, compassionate care in a comfortable environment.

Our doctors are experienced in menstrual health, contraception, menopausal management, and other conditions specific to women. We take the time to listen and provide care that is tailored to your individual needs and life stage.

We also provide cervical cancer screening (Pap smear and HPV testing) and referrals for breast screening as part of the national screening programme.

Common questions

Women's Health FAQs

Under Singapore's national guidelines, women aged 25–29 should have a Pap smear every 3 years, while women aged 30–69 should have an HPV test every 5 years. Your doctor will advise based on your specific history.
Yes — our doctors can advise on and prescribe a range of contraceptive options including oral contraceptives, emergency contraception, and barrier methods. All consultations are completely confidential.
Yes — our doctors can assess menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, mood changes, and sleep disturbances, and discuss appropriate management options including lifestyle measures and hormone therapy where suitable.
