What are Statutory Medical Examinations?

Statutory medical examinations are legally required health assessments mandated by Singapore government regulations for specific purposes — such as employment passes, work permits, foreign domestic worker (FDW) hiring, and professional licensing.

At Mission (Hougang) Medical Clinic, our doctors are authorised to conduct a range of statutory examinations and issue the official medical certificates and forms required by the relevant authorities.

An appointment is required for all statutory examinations. Please bring the relevant forms and your NRIC or passport. Call us at 6281 4567 to check which examinations we are currently authorised to conduct.
