Who we are
Our story
Mission Medical Clinic was founded in 2003 with a simple but enduring belief — that every patient deserves personalised, compassionate care delivered by doctors who know them by name.
What began as a neighbourhood practice in Serangoon has grown into a trusted multi-doctor clinic serving thousands of families across Singapore. In 2023, we relocated to our current home in Hougang, bringing our care closer to the community we serve.
Today, under the leadership of Dr Leong Choon Kit and our team of experienced physicians, we continue to provide comprehensive primary care — from acute illness and chronic disease management to health screening and preventive care.
